So I’ve been walking and working out for the past week or so and I knew my scale was a little wonky but I was going off of it...so I thought no harm until I start losing weight but today I went to the Drs and weighed in at 372.8 lbs at whopping 50lbs more than I thought.. ughhhh...I plan on using the calorie tracker and walking 40-70 min daily until I get down to a more manageable weight

Sounds like a good start. Don't forget to drink water, lots of water to keep up your metabolism.
You may also want to invest into a new scale. Good Luck and stay Motivated!0 -

My Doctor’s office told me I could bring in my scale to calibrate it with theirs. I haven’t done that (felt weird walking in with a scale!! LoL ) I did reset my scale after my appt. Felt that would be close. Maybe purchasing a new scale is in order if you feel it’s not holding the setting.
Sounds like you have a plan. Walking will be great exercise. Feel free to add me if you would like support. Good luck!!0
