Can I lose 16lb in 60 days???...

I've worked this out as about 0.53lb a day / 3lb every 10days. I don't want to do any silly starvation diet but I would like to achieve this.
My BMR is 1489 and my TDEE is 1858. I've been aiming to eat around 1600cal a day however so far, I have failed and been way over 2000 most days
I've also worked this out as needing a deficit / daily burn of 1855 a day. I was training really hard earlier in the year and had lost nearly 30lb through lots of exercise and eating around 1200-1300 a day (ALWAYS eating back exercise calories) but I have put back on about 24lb.
Does this seem a realistic goal if I was to eat clean and exercise daily? I was walking / running around 10-12k daily as well back then and did lose about 2lb every week.
If so, would someone please be kind enough to give me an idea on the eating cal amount & burn amount as I've hit a wall when trying to work this out.
