Staying motivated

Hi,

I’m Nicole and have lost 101 pounds in two years. I was 265–now 164. It’s been such a long amount of time since I’ve began my journey and need the motivation to continue working hard to get my body in its ideal place.

I find myself slipping up more often then I’d like, (having binges), and I notice the difference in the scale, not losing weight, etc.

I really need the motivation to keep going. I still have a lot of work to do to make myself as physically fit as I want. I want to post here daily in my thread to keep myself motivated and accountable.

This thread is for anyone to post to as well to stay motivated and to end the year extremely well. Thanks for listening. ❤️
