Back and forth

I definitely need some support here. My weight keeps bouncing back and forth! I was at 246, then last week down to 242, I was SO excited to be down 4 lbs. Weigh in this morning, back to 245!?!? I have only lost 1in on my hips, nowhere else. I have been strict with my calories and logging and getting in my exercise and I drink 124 oz of water daily. It's so frustrating! Tips, advice, support appreciated.

    Hi there! How long has you been flexing between the 4 lbs? I definitely understand the frustrations and mental angst that go along with the jumping numbers. However, for me, if I have a great loss, I know that I will go up again the next time. Then, I'll drop again. Just remember that the number is in constant motion and rarely linear. Just know that you can do it! Keep going one day at a time. Feel free to add me if you wish.
