Will it slow down now?

I hit my small goal of 70kg around1st Nov, my next goal was to go 65kg. I'm 163cm and I wondered because I'm 4kg away from a healthy bmi (high end of it) will my weight loss be slower and harder to do?
I was easily losing 1kg a week for 6 weeks at 1500 and burning 300 in excersise roughly not eating it back
It's been 21 days and I have lost nothing at all. Probably overthinking it and need to be patient because I've been logging as accurate as I can, I have kitchen scales and I read packets for everything I eat

Losing 1 kg a week is unrealistic when you have only 4 kg to lose. Your body needs less calories now that you are smaller and therefore the deficit you are creating with 1500 (1200 net) is smaller. So yes, you should assume your weight loss will slow.
Aim for around .25 kg a week at this point.3
