One thing I like is that it's 150 cals for 35g protein. So all but 10 cals are from the protein. It's Stevia based, but I got used to the taste. Not sure if this matters to people or not.
That's why I get it, best protein to cal ratio for me. I'm tiny and even in maintenance I don't have a ton of cals to use on a protein top up drink (only use it when protein falls short on a day, and then mixed with water)
The stevia, it used to be made with a different sweetener, is quite palatable, much better than the previous one.
