    I have a friend who started bodybuilding last year. She hasn't added a *ton* of mass, but she looks so damn fit and badass, and she's lifting more than I ever would have given her credit for.

    I'm mostly veggie for now, but I'd like to move onto a plant-based diet someday. I sent a request, definitely want to follow along on your journey!
