Clothes feel tighter :(

So I hadn’t worn this specific top for about 2-3 weeks (back then I wasn’t eating properly and exercising at all).
However recently I’ve been eating alright - within my calorie range and also exercising + walking more. Yet, today I decided to wear that top I hadn’t worn in a few weeks and it felt tighter on me! Especially my arm area! Am I doing something wrong? 😩
Please enlighten! Thank you in advanced 😊

Could be bloating! Are you around the time of your month? (Can’t see your pic to determine if that’s even a possibility) I always feel super heavy and bloated the week of my period3

If you just started exercising more, then you are likely retaining water. This is common and normal when starting or increasing an exercise routine.3

Maybe as you are walking more you are subconsciously eating more as you think you have burned the calories. You say you are eating alright but do you track everything? Walking at a very brisk pace will only burn around 70-80 calories a mile at the most.2

I have been tracking everything. So far it has never exceeded my daily calorie range!
Plus the number of steps taken daily are converted into “calories burned” on this app. So I thought I was doing alright.. 😱0 -
Hopefully it is only TOM but if it continues I would watch the intake. I find I gain on the allotted calories for maintenance on MFP. I actually have to shave off about 200 to keep where I should be. Remember these are only estimates and every individual is different. There are a bunch of ladies who are my age and size who get more than MFP allows them. I'm just one of the unlucky ones.2

Hm, I see! Thank you for the insight ☺️0
