I’m only 18, but I’ve been overweight since I was 10 years old. I just remember being lonely at the time, and finding comfort in food. Just two years ago, I noticed I was pushing 200, and lost 15 pounds as fast as I could. My process has been a bit slower, but as of today i am 173 pounds and losing. I’ve found that its harder to lose weight when i’m not disgusted by the way I look, but deep down I know that my body isn’t made to carry so much weight. I hope to get down to 155 soon, which should balance out with my body shape.
I have no friends who need to lose weight, so I was hoping to find someone on here that would be willing to trade words of encouragement. Also, I’d love to hear the stories of anyone else!

Hey Chica,
You are a beautiful young lady and should be extremely proud of what you have already accomplished.
Look in the mirror and see all that beauty and strength that has got you to where you are.
Then use that same strength to push through. Track your meals, keep moving and get plenty of rest.
Just remember, you are beautiful.

@happychica74 you’ve come to the right place lots of great supporting people on here. You have an amazing physique and you can get into shape if you work hard at it. Weight lifting, body weight exercises such as calisthenics healthy eating I see you live in Hawaii lots of healthy fresh fish, fruits and veggies so consider making healthier food choices1
