let me just start by saying, i don’t eat much. at all.
when logging my calories, i usually struggle to reach 1000 by the end of the day. the only meal i eat is dinner and snacks. well, today i ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner! for the first time in a very long time
when i do eat three meals, i get a bit nervous that i’m gaining weight, but i know it’s best for me, so im trying.
hopefully i do well.
