I eat pretty healthy and exercise daily (5-6x weekly), mainly HIT and strength classes at equinox. I can feel my abs, but don’t know what’s the best way to trim the fat so I can actually see them. What are best foods and exercises for this?
I’m 5’3 and weigh around 105.

You are at the bottom of a healthy weight for your height already so don't lose/cut anymore.
As mentioned above a recomp would work. Maintaining your weight while losing fat and adding strength and/or muscle. It is a slow process.
Here is the thread:-

Another alternative is to do a small bulk, of 190-260 cals a day, then cut. The problem with a bulk and cut when your focus is revealing abs is they will probably* get hidden on the bulk before they get revealed in the cut.
*no evidence to support this but, if you are an apple, most of the fat gain during the bulk will probably cover your abs. If you are a pear there is less chance of the fat accumulating over the abs. Keep this in mind as you are deciding what you want to do.
To reiterate, don't lose weight.

I agree on recomp (or bulk/cut, according to preference) - OP probably doesn't need to lose any more weight from her current size. But to add to the above, genetics come into play also. Some people have 'showy' abs at relatively high bodyfat levels, others would have to diet down to almost skeletal before they got there.6

Regarding exercises, many people like the abdominal exercises Kayla Itsines puts out on Instagram. Blogilates (look on YouTube or google) is another good resource for ab workouts. Good luck and have fun!3
