Losing Lower stomach pouch and gaining upper body strength

Hey guys so I need some pointers on what workouts to do at the gym to help lose my lower stomach pouch and also gain some upper body strength as I have none. I had gastric bypass surgery 6 months ago and I’m already down almost my goal weight. I just don’t really know what I’m doing when I go to the gym. Anything would be helpful really !
