    How much of a calorie deficit did you have each day to lose so much so fast? Was it mostly eating less or did you do a lot of exercise? Good work by the way!

    I did a number of things:

    Cut out carbs entirely for the first month.
    I ate only fruit, veg, meats and fat free Greek yoghurt. Now I eat only 1800 calories a day with 180g of protein. I eat 40% protein, 40% carbs (mostly fruit and veg) and the rest is natural fats. I’ve cut out bread, pasta and sugar. On occasion I’ll have some brown rice. I have one cheat day a week where I eat freely but I don’t go mad.

    I see a personal trainer for weights 3 times a week and go to the gym once on my own. I only do free weights. I now lift 60Kg bench press, 170Kg leg press, 60KG squats. It’s building by 5% each week.

    I kayak, row or paddle at least twice a week.
