Has anyone tried carb cycling with the MFP app? You'd think they'd provide an option to easily, or automatically, adjust you macro percentages each week to cycle your carbohydrates up and down.

The only way to do carb cycling in your diary is premium. I did carb cycling for awhile. I rather enjoyed the very high carb days but hated the low carb days.0 -
I carb/fat cycle - I use premium and have different calorie goals for each day0

I carb cycle but don't track. But if I were to do it I would probably set my intake to my lowest day (which I have it to now) and add carbs on the higher days and just make a note of it. You will be in the red (over your goal) those days so as long as that doesn't bother you.1
