Shouldn’t I be losing more weight??

I’m a 5’11 157 pound female and I’ve been eating around 1200 calories or less and also working out without eating back burned calories, and I only lost 0.2 pounds this week. Frustrated because I’m constantly hungry and I wish it was paying off more. Any advice?

Eating less then you used to doesn’t guarantee a loss, as stated above you are considered a healthy weight now.

I’d suggest you should stop weighing and start exercising and measuring your self. It might just be tightening up that your need.

Good luck figuring it all out 🌼

Is 1200 what mfp gave you- maybe you need to look at what you have set it up to lose- like some have said- .05 a week will yield you more calories-also check out the volume eaters thread- there are some marvelous ideas for eating a great deal of food for lower calories esp with non starchy vegetables
