Water Consumption - Entering data

Wasn't sure where else to ask this.

Is anyone else having issues adding their water take on the computer? Doesn't matter if its my work computer (excel) or my home computer (chrome) it won't let me add my water. I can on the app on my phone (which I don't always have access to or internet available (over my data right now))
