My Plan/Goals and Looking for Dancers!

I am looking for dancers and other people with a similar plan in mind so we can share ideas and maybe have some friendly competition to make the most of it.

First of all I am a Dancer, I have been Tap Dancing since I was 7 and Ukrainian + Ballet dancing since I was 8. I have too many medals to count and years of choreography I have forgotten along with some dances that I still know by heart 4 years later. It has been a lot of fun but I want to take it a step further, so here is my plan.

Timeline:
  • Lose any extra fat by eating a bit less (>2000cals/day) and get to a sustainable weight.
  • Maintain weight and eat 2.5k cals a day and exercise at least 500 cals a day.
  • Start intense strength training 2 times a week to gain muscle mass.

Also stretching everyday with a few key goals:
  • Front splits(both)
  • Side Splits
  • High Kicks(Foot over head)
  • Touch your toes(or palms to floor)
