Easy. Fried potatoes. I peel and cube them, dry them with a towel, toss them in a bag with flour and spices. Actifry with a tablespoon of oil.

If you want, do the same thing with sweet potatoes.

I have a Phillips model, and they sell a perforated flat pan where it is easier to fit a small casserole dish into the air fryer. I make lasagna, clafoutis, gratin dauphinoise in those little glass casserole dishes.

It's also great for doing roast vegetables. Broccoli, carrots, courgettes, tomatoes.

I make dishes which call for deep fried veg such as Di San Xiang in the air fryer. Toss the veg in oil in a plastic bag and air fry.

I use the air fryer for literally everything! Just crisped up some dark meat turkey with skin in the air fryer and got it super crispy as well as drained some of the fat/ oil in the process!
