Hi I am new to this (4 days in) going out for dinner tonight and picking this to eat : Parma ham wrapped chicken breast, sun blushed tomato & buffalo mozzarella arancini, wild garlic creamed potato, parmesan & herb crostini, charred aubergine, olive vierge
What do you think I should save for calories? 1000? Thank you 😁

Closer to 1900, maybe? I had to google most of that, and it's all going to depend on how much of each dish you eat. Nearly half of the calories come from the arancini. Good luck.1

Most regular restaurant meals are in the 1000-1500 calorie range. There's really no way to get an accurate count on restaurant food. Make your best guess and move on.
For weight loss, I try to limit meals out to once or twice per week.0
