Stubborn chub first check your diet and macros. Once you have a healthy meal plan execute it. HIIT the gym and track it all daily food, exercise, and water intake (3Liters).

    For me, lifting vs not lifting is the only thing making a difference. Muscle = my everything. Diet unchanged. :)
