For me, lifting vs not lifting is the only thing making a difference. Muscle = my everything. Diet unchanged.3

Or just a calorie deficit.

The fat will come off where it comes off. There's no way to specifically target fat around the midsection. For a lot of people, it's the first place where weight gain shows up and it's the last to leave, too.
A consistent and continued calorie deficit will eventually work on the stomach area, too.6
