Hello community! I am new to my fitness pal. I lost 90lbs on weight watchers and gained it all back..and than some. Now I have put on 107lbs. I think about diet and excersize everyday. I also think about food and my next unhealthy snack..I feel out of control..I join challenges spend most of my time on google looking up ways to lose weight while self loathing to a point where I have become a hermit and to tired to do anything. I am hoping to find support here as my friends and family tire of me saying how I am going to "start this new diet and join a gym." I hope with a little online support and a pinch of self motivation that I can actually lose weight now. I dont want to be another yoyo dieter. I have now even thought about surgery but I would be a hypocrite if I followed through.
If you made it this far thanks for reading my story, I hope I can look back at this and say "I finally did it!"

Spend more time in the forums and make new friends. It's very inspiring, and it feels good to reach out and help others when you can. I'm sure you have lots of experiences to share, and lots to gain being here.
That's why I keep coming back.1 -

I am considering dropping out of WW I am a lifetime that I made 35 years ago when I had 25 pounds to loose. Over the years I gained until I was 90 pounds over. Lost about 40 trying MFP
WW LOSE IT ANDwhole 30 lots of exercise. I need to lose at least 50 and joined WW 10 months ago. Started losing and then stopped and now total loss 1 pound. Follow the plan and rarely eat all my points or weeklies no exercise points. Very frustrating. When I tracked calories on MFP most days was 1200 when I am allowed 1700 yet I was at my WW point limit. So does not make sense. WW restricts fats even healthy ones and very low carb even whole grains. Too wishy washy with freestyle. People swear by it but I feel like a failure and paying $42 for meetings. So I am about ready to leave and go back to this. I’ll be curious to see how we both do.1
