I use this shake as a meal replacement or a snack after a workout.

unsweetened peanut powder, 3 tablespoon 70 5 2 8 0 1
Whey protein, 1 scoop 100 4 2 17 0 0
Raw Maca Powder, 1 tbsp (8g) 30 6 0 1 0 4
unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 Tbsp 15 3 1 1 1 0
Totals 215 18 5 27 1 5

I loved my Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake until I got a food scale and realized my "2 T" of peanut butter was a lot more0

What I use is Nestles unsweetened cocoa powder. If you google it there are numerous health and nutrition benefits, weight control is one of them.0
