Returning user!

Hello all! I'm a returning user! I have recently discovered that I have fatty liver, on top of hypothyroidism and borderline iron anaemia, and a potential diagnosis of fibromyalgia. Now, I know that I need to change my diet as it has, unfortunately, mostly been fast foods the last two years due to laziness, my work, and not having easy access to a kitchen. I am a flagger, so eating properly is a challenge as am I always on my feet. Sooooo any advice that I can get will be greatly appreciated.

Start with small goals then add a new goal each week .. don’t look at it is a big picture but buch of little ones1
