I have been trying to lose weight for over 21 years and just seem to get heavier, instead. I took a college class called Lifetime Wellness at Big Bend Community College and decided to join myplate and myfitnesspal. I recently learned how to read the food labels in America and look forward to losing weight and feeling great. Didn't know there was a middle-aged group, lol, gonna join it now.
