Mom of two wants to get back in shape

Hey everyone!

I had my baby three weeks ago and want to slowly get my body back in shape. Because it's hard to do this alone, I am looking for some friends that are in a similar situation.

My story: The last three weeks I was super tired and ate a lot of crap which made me gain 2 kilos, urgh. I cannot keep going like this. My goal is to eat healthily and only when I'm hungry (no more stress eating) and take a 30 minute walk every day. When I am a little fitter, I will join a fitness class for mommies and later I want to start jogging again. Eating and exercising is fun and I am no fitness nazi. Cookies allowed! ;) I think it's all about a good balance.

I'm looking to lose around 10-12 Kilos (22-26 pounds) within the next year. I'm 1,71m (5'6) and want to weigh 68-70kg (150-155 pounds). That's the weight I feel comfortable with. Size M (US 8, EU 36/38).

If you want to be my friend (mutual support included), I would be delighted :smile:

    hey, not a new mom but mom to 3 kids and looking to lose about 50 pounds. I go for walks daily with our dog kara and just ordered some workout dvds through Leslie sansone(they were 50% off thanks to back friday sales).
