Training Plan Worksheet

I started a training plan and created a worksheet to track my progress. There is a row for "Plan' and "Actual" for each week, and a "Zone" column for each day. Under the plan i laid out the RPE and corresponding HR zones for people who use that.
Fill the "Plan" values in and the "Zones" they should be done in
As you do the workouts, fill in the "Actual" values and the "Zones" that you did them in.
It seems like a good way to track your progress as you follow the plan, and you can whip this up pretty quickly on a spreadsheet.
Just thought i would share it in case it could be useful to others.
This one shows my 10 week 10 mile plan, and i have done all but the last day of the first week so far...
Hope this is helpful to some people.
