Struggling...please help?

Hi! I'm trying to lose 10-15 pounds, but I'm having a really hard time. First off, I'm hungry all day long. I've tried tricks like drinking a lot of water, eating "negative calorie foods", and eating lots of salad, but it's not at all satisfying. I usually swim, lift, walk, and do yoga, but I had a really bad shoulder injury and all I can do for the next 8 weeks is walk. Before this injury, I did lots of really high caliber workouts, and so I would pretty much eat whatever, and I managed to keep in pretty good shape. I'm really struggling because not only do I feel lazy because all I can do is walk, but I feel like I'm hungry all the time. Please help!!!

You don't have to starve to lose weight.

Eat satiating foods like proteins, oils, full fat dairy, eggs, instead of trying to live on salad. 2 eggs are about 140 calories and will keep you from being hungry a lot longer than a bowl of lettuce. Spend your calories wisely and you shouldn't be hungry.0
