I’m always hungry or snacking!

Hiii everyone!
I find myself wanting to snack A LOT and also I’m always hungry, specially in the afternoon, evening... can anyone suggest any alternatives?

    Are you sure your calorie goal is correct? How much weight do you have to lose, and how much of a deficit are you at?

    Are you eating back any of your exercise calories?

    Are you hitting or close to your fat, protein, and fiber goals?
