Tracking Help...

Generally I use a Heart Rate Monitor to tell me how many calories I've burned..but mine wouldn't work today... looking for someone to help me figure out how to add what MFP would "guesstimate" for my workouts..

I did..
Focus T-25 - RIP'T (28 minutes)
Focus T25 - Dynamic Core (28 minutes)
Jillian Michael- Shred It (28 minutes)

Anyone that could help me figure out what to put these workouts in would be wonderful...

Both Shred it and RIP't were with use of weights... more of a whole body workout...
Dynamic Core as the title suggests was more of an Ab workout.

Thanks for any possible help! Hope to have my Heart Rate Monitor up and working soon because I'm not a fan of this way of doing things.

    Maybe just circuit training for the whole lot if there is a mix of strength and cardio? If its mostly strength then use strength training.

    Have you ever done any of these programs before? If so I personally would use the same calorie burn or close to it. IMO tha t is probably ur best estimate

    Yeah, the unfortunate thing was it was the first time doing those workouts so I hadn't entered them yet.. Thanks anyway.. got my polar back and working now so I no longer have to worry about it! :) Sooo happy! :)
