I am fairly active, but total lack of control when comes down to food (I guess enjoy a good meal with a nice glass of wine). Few friends said: “if you’ll start logging your intake it will bring some discipline”... hence MyFitnessPal!! I hope you work “Pal” or I’ll trade you for a good meal 😉1
