Jumping back in - suggestions for accountability?

Hi all! I’ve taken a hiatus and am feeling really...gross 😫. Need to get to a mental place where I don’t feel guilty getting back to the gym during my lunch break, because I usually just work through it. And I need to take care of myself a lot better because I’ve been doing a lot of emotional and mindless eating. My physical, heart and mental health are screaming at me. Any suggestions for holding myself accountable?

Work will always be there and everyone is replaceable. Need to watch out for yourself and take care of yourself. Add me as a friend because I too need motivation.1
