Belly hanging over my pants

Hello. I have gained 24 lbs in 4 months. I was overweight when I did. My jeans fit awful because of the weigh gain. Fast food has been my meal staple. I'm taking my body back today!

    I regret not having had the foresight to take a bunch of 'before' pictures. Do that - it will become a source of inspiration for you, even though right now it may feel more like a source of shame, instead.

    Make small, sustainable changes - they really add up over time - rather than just completely cut out everything you love out of your diet. You absolutely still can have fast food, just less of it. :)

    You can do this. I’m in my second week of MFP and I can already feel a change in my energy and how my clothes fit. Tracking everything is key for me. Good luck!
