I’m 18, girl, 5.3ft, weigh 60kg and my goal is 55kg.
Mfp gave me goal of 1400 cals a day. Is this too much? Or too less? Before this I was eating 1200 cals and I felt restrictive. So now I decided to lose 0.2kg per week.
What do u think

How long were you set at 1200 calories and what results were you having?
Are you using a food scale for logging accuracy?
Are you eating back exercise calories?
Really only time and your own efforts and results can tell you whether this is the right calorie goal for you.2 -
I tend to treat MFP allotment as net calories, not gross. Therefore, I eat back a good portion of my exercise calories. This has worked well for me. I gave lost 38 pounds in 4 months with few problems eith hunger. My daily intake is approximately 110 g protein, 130 g carbs, and 65 g fat.0

That’s how MFP is designed - the calorie goals are NEAT meaning exercise is not included.
Congrats on your success!4 -
I'm your height, 148.8lbs, trying to lose 1/2lb per week. MFP gave me 1360 before exercise, so yeah, sounds about right.0
