Best Exercise for Love Handles

I am comfortable with my body but my love handles are another story. It's like they don't match my body. I am currently walking 30 minutes a day, four times a week and would love to include work outs for love handles. Thanks in advance.

    you can't spot reduce fat. there is no such thing as exercise to tone an area or lose fat in an area.

    fat is lost from the body where it chooses to go. you cannot rush the process.

    You could try adding in ab workouts to help strengthen your core, build muscle which will help with the fat loss.

    Www. Fitnessblender.com has great quick workouts for strength training and you dont necessarily need equipment..... but no, ya cant spot reduce, wish we could, cause id already ve done lol

    I understand just wasn't sure if walking would help everywhere. thanks for the input i think i am going to invest in a jillian michaels dvd too.

    walking (if it's out of your normal daily routine) would increase your TDEE and that coupled with a calorie deficit will help you to lose weight. The only way to get rid of love handles is to reduce your body fat. You do that my continuing to eat at a deficit. There are so specific exercises that will spot reduce any area.
