What drives you to be fit and eat healthy?
How long did it take you to make a habit of working out 5x a week? (Having trouble fighting myself on this one)

What’s your favourite calorie packed meal/snacks? - I just eat food. If I'm trying to gain I add in more ice cream, peanut butter, chocolate, drink more calories, etc.
What drives you to be fit and eat healthy? - For me, it's more about training for my powerlifting competitions.
How long did it take you to make a habit of working out 5x a week? - My coach set my training plan for 5 days a week, so I just did it.(Having trouble fighting myself on this one)

When I am trying to gain, I typically will add more portions, higher fat foods (higher fat cuts of meat, fish, dairy, olive oil, avocado, nuts etc), I will do more creamy sauces with tings, add more carbs at lunch (pasta, bread, rice), higher calorie snacks (my go-to will be protein mug cakes with whipped cream, strawberries and maple syrup or a high cal smoothie), also ice cream before bed.
It's nice to be able to carry my kids around and do daily tasks without struggling. Being strong and healthy makes me feel good. I mostly train for aesthetics though.
I don't really love to lift 5x per week. I much prefer 4 so I am modifying things and going back to that now.3 -
If you need to gain wight it mast be Muscles and it came from
4 thing
1-Lift wight for 45 minet for whole body
2- eat x 2 gram for each 1 kilogram of wight protein with 40 % carps
3- sleep good 6 hour min 8 hour max
4- avoid Tension
You need to get health body not high fat body3 -
And eat before you sleep will gain wight4
