[Work In Progress] Edits will be made in the future
None of the following is based of any professional opinion and is not to be interpreted as the best/good method for anything. Use at your own risk.
So my plan was to base my training off my PR/Max and so I organized my week into Light, Flo, and Max days. Light is for every day and it just to keep the muscles moving and not tight/cold. Flo is referring to Flo State the channel between boredom and anxiety. Max is only once a month to find your new PR and recalculate the rest of the schedule.
Guide = PR * 0.1 | Sport = PR * 0.25 | Trainer = PR * 0.35 | Bridge = PR * 0.45 | Training = PR * 0.6 | Difficult = PR * 0.75
I also thought that if it was based of a maximum amount lifted that anyone could use this method to work for them. I have yet to use this schedule for a month yet but I will keep you updated on how well it works. I encourage any of you to make suggestions and tell me how I could improve the system I am creating.
The values shown are in pounds/lb
Yes I am a chart junkie don't judge...
