Need a boost

Feeling lack of energy when it comes time to do weights/eliptical, which i like to do in the evening. Any good recommendations for energy boost without crashing?

    Are you eating enough? Getting enough sleep?
    If you have time to workout earlier in the day, maybe try that. You might end up having good workouts.

    Having a meal or snack (not too small, something like a sliced bread sandwich) that has carbs and moderate/high protein before usually helps my workouts.
