Dieted for 2 months, ruined it all this past month

I maintained a very healthy lifestyle for 2, 2 and a half months and lost 6 kgs. But this past month because of the summer vacation (though it's no excuse) I've gained almost all of it back. My aim now is to lose about 10 kgs. I'm staring university in only 6 weeks and I have to look my best! I've been trying to get back on track I fail miserable every day.

I need friends (preferably in the same situation but not necessarily) to help me get back on track fast!! Someone who logs in every day so we can motivate each other :)

Just wanted to comment on the title of your post "dieted for 2 months, ruined it all this past month": it's not all ruined!!! I'm sure you learned a lot about determination and perseverance and healthy eating in those two months. You still have that knowledge going forward and those two months have helped you to learn what works and what doesnt work. All is not lost! Best to you in your weight loss efforts - you can totally do this. After all, you did it for two months. Have a great weekend :)

UGW 55? How tall are you? I am 65 at the moment at 5'7 and I cannot see myself ever weighing this little (granted, I like strength training).

"Diet is a noun, not a verb." I live by this saying. Don't give up :)

Thanks! I suppose you're right, I have gained a lot of knowledge. But it seems very, very hard to apply it. I can't find the motivation anymore and I'm sad every time I look in the mirror or try on my jeans because I remember how I was a size or two smaller at the beginning of summer :/

I'm 169 cm tall, that's between 5'5 and 5'6 if I'm not mistaken. I have no muscle whatsoever though..
