Lifting Heavy!!! ROAR!!!

So today I did Week 1 Day 1 of C25K AND I started lifting heavy! Well, it wasn't that heavy, and I don't think my form is good, but I went to the side of the gym that I never go to!!!

I did:
Squats, 2 Sets of 12 with a 30 pound barbell.
Dead lifts, 3 Sets of 12 at 12.5, 15, 17.5 (I've never done this before and they are FANTASTIC)
Military Press, 2 Sets of 10, 10 pounds dumbbells.
Bench Press, 2 Sets of 12, 12.5 pound dumbbells.

I don't think I had great form with the presses, as I was working by myself and I used dumbbells and not barbells. Next time hopefully I will have my Dad with me and he will help me! I'm so proud of myself for trying! If anyone has any advice on my routine or form, let me know.

Tomorrow I plan on doing a little yoga and gardening, and back to the gym on Monday! Yay!
