One Hour Move To Lose Motivators Needed

I don’t like going to the gym, Not really crazy about exercise period! But I do know why I’m gaining weight back I don’t do any exercise I don’t take the time to do what many people need to do for our health is get our heart rates up if only for an hour and I’ve learned in this pass month and 11 lbs loss that putting on my favorite music AND JUST MOVING for one hour works wonders. Not fast crazy out of breath constantly moving it’s just steady moving to songs i like. I’m looking for members so we can support each other. I had gastric sleeve surgery 5 yrs ago and have gain 50 lbs back I decided I must do something!! This grazing / snacking with the wrong foods must stop. Good luck and many blessings to anyone who reads this. I also enjoyed a little liquor in the evenings that had to stop also for me. So I’m hoping for a good weight loss by Mardi Gras in March.
