I need some new pals to go down this journey!

My road to a healthier life is starting now. I need some new fitness buddies to go down this journey with me. First I'mma cut my fast food (Taco Bell & Wendy's) & Replace them with protein shakes & detox drinks! Then start moving. Morning walks, Mid-day work outs & Afternoon walks. Days that it's raining, I'll do workouts indoors! Including some yoga. I'm ready! ‪#‎Motivated‬ ‪#‎Leggo‬ !

    Yes, that's the first thing I cut out. I work nights so my eating is different from the normal world. Feel free to add me as I'm on here daily. Good luck with your journey.

    Choeli: I work nights too! My eating is much diff than normal world also! I just logged my "breakfast" because I just woke up an hour ago.

    Chaka: I cut fast food out in March. Haven't touched anything fast food since then. You can do it! It makes a world of difference.

    I'm right there with you! I need friends who will actually take the time to look at my food diary and give feedback. Accountability is so important.
