Anyone Having Subscription Issues Or Problems Getting Tech Support To Respond?

Last week for some unknown reason MFP cancelled my subscription instead of using the card on file to auto renew like it has in years past. Of course I pay the $50 premium because I want - and now very much count on - the extra features that Premium provides.
The issue is that no matter what device, what credit card or what browser I am unable to create a subscription. Whenever it tries to verify the card I just get "Could not create subscription".
Anyway, I did the whole open a ticket thing with them and here I am, almost a week later and the only thing I got from them was a blanket reply to all tickets about "if you have problems logging in" that had zero to do with my issue.
Anyone else with this problem or not getting any love for your $50 subscription from tech support?
