I am still pretty new to it, but i love doing it. It's end of my workout routine, just 5-10 minuts0 -

Ya... I do speed jumping and weighted jumping. But I play with my kids and I can do a cartwheel... Use to be able to do way more tricks. π€·ββοΈ0 -

If you can share some tips and tricks, that would be awesome.
I need a larger jumprope, the fitness instructor also said what i was thinking, it's too short for my height, getting my head sometimes to hit it when it's on top, and i need to keep my arms very narrow, which makes it harder (at least for me). I need to tuck in my elbow to my sides now, so very little room for error0 -
