Gained back all my weight (and some more)

So, last year (between August and December, kind of) I lost 4kg, which was a lot for me (I weighed 56 before starting it, being 1,5meters tall). I was feeling good, but wanting to lose 2 more kilos and build more muscles. However, my next semester was a mess at the university - a lot to study, little time for exercises and my diet just got lost in the way - I gave it up completely and went back to eating everything in all the wrong ways. Conclusion: I gained back my 4kg and then 2 more. This semester, things got a little bit better at the uni. I got into Pole Dancing, which is great, but the clothes we have to use just make me look at my fat in the mirror and face how fatter I've become and I started feeling like *kitten* about my body and wanting to change it (again). I then joined tennis classes (I played it for a bit when I was younger and I love it so...) trying to do some more activities to get lean.
Now I'm doing 2 hours of tennis a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and 1 hour of pole dancing (Monday). I feel like tennis, being a very aerobic exercise, helps me lose weight, but the pole is more of a muscle builder activity. The thing is: I don't feel motivated/have the time to go to the gym (which I hate) and I haven't been able to stick to my diet. As a result, I have barely lost 0,5kg since starting these activities (3 months ago for pole, 1 month ago for tennis). I need some tips on how to get and stay motivated. I really don't want to quit any of these activities, because I love them, but I feel like they prevent me from having time at the gym... Is it too bad?

Now I'm weighing 57.5Kg, never in my life have I reached this weight.

i went to the gym for a year and did not lose any weight. Once I started counting my calories, the weight came off. Yes, it is 80% food and 20% exercise.
