Goal weight

My goal weight was decided based on how I once looked at that weight, what the BMI chart recommends, and what sounds good. I chose 140, it's 5 lbs less then my doc and the BMI chart say is just inside "Normal" weight for me, also I remember being that weight many years ago and looked and felt good. Once I get there I'll talk to my doc and see how I feel, then decide if I am done0

I want to fit into a weight category, not that I'm looking to compete any time soon, but it's the goal. And it's right at the top of my BMI normal range, a pleasant coincidence.
That, and it was the weight I remember being before I gained all this weight.0
