toning exercises????

Hi,
I'm new to this and I've only just found how to do posts. I have a bit of weight to lose, but I don't want to lose it and still 'feel' fat. I always struggle with this and I think maybe it's cos I never manage to tone certain insecurity areas such as my stomach.

Does anyone know some good, quick toning exercises for my stomach, thighs and chest areas. I always struggle with these? I'd love to lose the weight and actually feel toned and slim for once in my life.

    Go to realsimple.com and click on the fitness and exercise section. They have a whole series of exercises, most of which can be done in 15-29 min, that target specific body areas and don't require weights.
