I am 197 pounds and I my current issue while losing weight is being very inconsistent! I want to lose 40 pounds in total but really lose 15 pounds in a month as a short term goal .

    So 15lbs in December is the goal? That's .5lb a day, 3.75lbs a week. I'll join in with you on this. I'll weigh myself today and check back in. Let's do this!

    Remember that the most you should be aiming for, for healthy weight loss is 2lbs/week, so about 8-9 lbs in a month
