Laser lipo, fat expulsion?

So I decided to treat myself and my tum to the completely non invasive, pain free laser lipo but boy does it feel like I've been invaded now!
About 2 hours after my first session yesterday I started to get tummy cramps and wind and a day and a half later it still feels just as bad. I was told to drink lots of water as supposedly the released fat is expelled through urine but can it be expelled the other way too (to put it politely)?
