On a journey for more

I had my fourth baby last December, almost a year already. I actually had my two youngest in 2017, yep I gave birth twice in a matter of 10 months and was pregnant for nearly two years straight. A blessing,yes but hard on my body. I gained 40 lbs🤭. I have 4 kids so I have no time to get to the gym. I found great home workouts that I found enjoyable, I started measuring my food by weight and servings and using protein shakes. I am down 30lbs from my starting weight of 180lbs ( I never took a pic then Bc of low confidence). In my pics I shared I was 164lbs that was 5 weeks into my routine. I have more to go but feel great and am In a great headspace now. I got this and you do to. Add me to follow my journey:-) I would love to follow you as well.
