    The 30 for 30 program is for family and friends. Replace breakfast and lunch for 30 days with your favorite shake. For dinner enjoy a protein, salad or veggie... no bread, past or Rice

    I hate buying shakes in bulk... try buying one taste it first... if you like it then buy more don’t get stuck with something you don’t like

    The fun part is being with family and motivation. Looking and feeling good after 30 days. While it does sound like your going hungry, it’s really not bad... the hunger goes away after 4 days the body gets use to it,... if you feel hungry drink water, tea or broth.
